Where we store your personal data

Your rights

Any access request is free of charge for your first request, further repetitive requests may be subject to a small fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Retaining and deleting personal data
11.1 Personal data that we process for any purpose shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose. This means that unless there is a good reason to do so we won't keep your personal data more than 5 years after our business relationship has ended.
11.2 It is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. However, we will determine the period of retention based on your continued use of our website or services and based on our requirements for proper record keeping and accounting and legal purposes.
11.3 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section 11, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your legal interests or the legal interests of another person.
